I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
- Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
- Return items back within: 30 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please double check to ensure that the address provided in the sale transaction is indeed the correct shipping address. I am not responsible for shipping to an incorrect address if that is what is indicated in the order details. If a package is returned to me for this reason you must pay the new shipping fees. If a package is forwarded it voids the estimated shipping time provided at time of sale.
Returns outside of EU
Please note that if you are returning an item from outside the EU only partial refunds (deducting the shipping fee) are provided AND the item must be returned to me IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN NEW CONDITION SHIPPED AT YOUR EXPENSE to qualify for a partial refund. I must receive the items before partial refund is executed.
